HB e-Learning is a new area being developed as a way to enable a much wider audience to have access to HB Group’s expertise in the area of training delivery and development.

On-line training tools are being developed such that participants around the world can log into our training programmes. The subjects covered are listed in Open Training Courses. This will provide a cost effective learning solution, particularly for smaller organisations and individuals, giving them access to training 24 hours a day.

Many organisations have a thriving intranet which can also be used to propagate ongoing learning for it’s staff. We will develop tailored inter-active training programmes that can be accessed at any time by staff at their desks.

We will offer learning materials, standard or tailored, on CD ROM, which can be utilised for web-based interactive learning, based on each organisation’s individual requirements.
